Goldery ships to all countries worldwide. However, due to international shipping constraints, some exceptions may occur. After making your order, if we are not able to ship to your country we will let you know within 24 hours and your payment will be refunded. Please accept our excuses for any potential inconveniences.
Order Processing
Orders are usually packed and ready to ship in 1 to 2 business days. However, shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. International shipments will not ship until all item(s) ordered become available. A “business day” is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1 business day for your tracking information to update. If you have additional questions, please contact customer service.
Taxes, Duties and Customs
For orders shipped outside Morocco, any applicable duties, tariffs or other fees may be incurred. Please note that Goldery is not responsible for any duties, tariffs or other fees.
Customers are solely responsible for any applicable duties, tariffs or other fees that may be added to international orders by the shipping carrier. It is very uncommon to pay customs duties for orders less than $100.
Shipping Agreement
Goldery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Goldery will not replace or refund an order if the package is missing. If the package shows delivered, but a a package has not been collected, please contact your shipping carrier to conduct a lost package search or to take advantage of any available shipping insurance they may offer. Please note Goldery does not provide shipping insurance.
Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.
Address Changes
If you wish to change your shipping address after making an order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you. Please keep in mind that once orders are processed, we cannot change the shipping address. We ask that you double check your shipping address when entering it into the system to ensure that you receive your package. Goldery is not responsible for deliveries that are made to incorrect addresses which are entered on our checkout page by customers in error.
