Sales and return policy
Article 1. Products
The products offered are those listed on the www.golderycare.com website of Goldery within the limits of available stocks. Goldery reserves the right to change the product range at any time. Each product is presented on the website in the form of a description of its main technical characteristics. The photographs are as accurate as possible but do not commit the Seller. The selling of the products presented in the website are intended for all buyers residing in countries that fully authorize the entry of these products into their territory.
Article 2. Prices
The prices appearing on the product sheets of the internet catalog are prices in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) including all taxes (TTC) taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of the products. Goldery reserves the right to change its prices at any time, although it is understood that the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only price applicable to the buyer. The prices indicated do not include delivery costs, which are charged in addition to the price of the products purchased. Depending on the total amount of the order, Goldery will pay some or all of the delivery costs.
Article 3. Ordering and payment methods
Goldery offers the Buyer the option of ordering and paying for products in several stages, with 2 payment options to choose from:
– Secure payment by credit card or on delivery: the Buyer selects the products he or she wishes to order in the “shopping cart”, modifies them if necessary (quantities, references…), verifies the delivery address or fills in a new one. Then, the buyer chooses the payment method of his choice. The next step proposes to him to check all the information, to take knowledge and to accept the present general conditions of sale by notching the corresponding box, then invites him to validate his order by clicking on the button “Confirm my order”. Finally, the buyer is redirected to the secure interface in order to safely enter his personal credit card information. If the payment is accepted, the order is recorded and the contract is definitively formed. Payment by credit card is irrevocable. In case of fraudulent use of the card, the buyer can demand the cancellation of the payment by card, the sums paid will then be credited back or refunded. The responsibility of the bank card holder is not engaged if the disputed payment has been proven to have been made fraudulently, at a distance, without physical use of the card. To obtain reimbursement of the fraudulent debit and any bank charges that the transaction may have generated, the cardholder must dispute the debit in writing with his or her bank within 70 days of the transaction, or even 120 days if the contract binding him or her to the bank so provides. The amounts debited will be reimbursed by the bank within a maximum of one month after receipt of the Cardholder’s written objection. The confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, the recognition of having perfect knowledge of them and the renunciation to take advantage of its own conditions of purchase. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will be considered as proof of the transaction. If the Buyer has an e-mail address and has entered it on the order form, Goldery will send an e-mail confirming that the order has been registered.

– Payment on delivery: In case the customer wishes, and only for orders in Morocco, the option payment on delivery can be selected. The customer is then obliged to pay the amount indicated to the deliveryman when the package is delivered. This payment option commits the customer to pay the amount on which he has committed, in case of withdrawal, the customer is required to pay the delivery and return of the product.
Article 4. Retention of title
Goldery retains full ownership of the products sold until full payment of the price, including principal, fees and taxes.
Article 5. Exchange and Return
The Buyer has a period of 3 working days from delivery to report any malfunction (Breakage, Damaged Product, Spilled Product, Error on the Reference…) in which case Goldery will deliver an exchange product free of charge. Apart from that, and for the sake of hygiene in view of the nature of the products, exchange and return of products is not allowed.
Article 6. Guarantee
All products provided by Goldery are not subject to a guarantee of result, they are natural products whose effects depend on the regularity of use and the epidermal nature of the user. In case of unsatisfactory results, the product cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. All claims, must be made by email Contact@golderycare.com for a response within 24 hours.
Article 7. Responsibility
Goldery in the process of ecommerce, is only held by an obligation of means. It cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as data loss, intrusion, virus, service interruption, or other involuntary problems.
